| consumer products marketer creating, developing, and marketing licensed consumer products for such brand names as Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Bodyglove, Ocean Pacific, and the professional sports franchises including the National Hockey League, the National Basketball Association and Magic Johnson. Mr. Winkler founded American Marketing Works, cited by INC. Magazine in 1989 as the fifteenth fastest-growing company in America; and acquired Gotcha International in 1996. Mr. Winkler was the founder, sole director, president and chief executive officer of BIZ. In June 1999, Mr. Winkler partnered with Broadcom Corporation and co-founded Broadband Interactive Group and Bluetorch TV to demonstrate interactive television in a convergent broadband media industry. Marvin Winkler was co-chairman of the board of directors of SSP Solutions, Inc., a director and SSP's chief executive officer, positions he has held since August 2001 following SSP's acquisition of BIZ Interactive Zone, Inc. in August 2004 when he merged the company with SAFlink Corporation. Mr. Winkler's honors include: Cedars-Sinai Man of the Year, and the Fashion Industries Guild Man of the Year. | Media since forming the company with Mr. Winkler, where he has been essential in bringing high profile brands into significant partnership deals for the company including those with Marvel, Virgin Comics, National Geographic, TOKYOPOP and Paramount Studios. Mr. Donovan was formerly Director of Brand Image for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Winter Olympics, where he was responsible for the development of the entire look and feel of the Olympic Games for presentation of the Games. Donovan worked closely and coordinated with all forty-five Organizing Committee functions, international broadcasters, host cities, local government officials, competition and non-competition venues, volunteers, official worldwide sponsors, suppliers and licensees in creating a consistent, global award winning brand image. In addition, Donovan created the All-American Sportpark with MLB, NASCAR, Callaway Golf, an original live action 65 acre, $40M Sports theme park on the strip in Las Vegas and also served as SVP New Business Development for Saint Andrews Golf Corporation, the publicly traded parent company of All-American Sportpark. Currently, Donovan also acts in multiple strategic advisory roles to the co-founder and President of Subway Restaurants, the number one franchise company with over 27,000 restaurants in 85 countries. |

| August 2004 through June 2005, Mr. Schiff served as a consultant to the company formed by the merger of SAFLINK Corporation (Nasdaq Small Cap "SFLK") and SSP Solutions, Inc. Prior to August 2004, Mr. Schiff served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and assistant secretary of SSP Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded company (Nasdaq NM, "SSPX") specializing in digital security and advanced encryption technologies to the government sector. Mr. Schiff joined SSPX through the merger of BIZ Interactive Zone, Inc., a privately held company formed in June 2000, which focused on digital security for commercial markets. Mr. Schiff was a director, the chief financial officer, secretary and held other officer positions at BIZ. Mr. Schiff filed the original formation papers and incorporation for BIZ. From December 1998 to June 2000, he was an executive vice president and chief financial officer of SW Gotcha Acquisition Ltd and Gotcha International, L.P., the owner of worldwide trademark rights and licenses. From March 1996 to December 1998, Mr. Schiff was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Pacific Eyes & T's, a multi-state retailer of California casual apparel and accessories. Prior to 1998, Mr. Schiff held various senior operating, financial management and consulting positions in the auto retail industry. Mr. Schiff was formerly a certified public accountant for the San Francisco office of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG), and managed such engagements as the worldwide audit of Wells Fargo & Co. Mr. Schiff earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in economics, also from Stanford University. |

Mr. Politi brings a substantial knowledge base in leveraging brand value for both public and private companies and has been directly involved in the licensing and merchandising campaigns of over 175 films and television licensing and marketing programs including Titanic, Star Wars, Star Trek, X-Files, Batman, Superman, and Looney Tunes to name a few. |
